Program Host
Job Description
The English
Service's
full-time staff
members are
responsible for
translating,
writing, and
broadcasting the
news; hosting
and producing
feature
programs;
contributing web
page content;
and other
related work.
Freelancers are
hired on an
individual basis
to create
programs.
Requirements
Candidates must
be university
graduates. There
are no
requirements for
nationality or
gender, but male
applicants who
are ROC citizens
must have
completed their
military
service.

have a good speaking voice |

be fluent in spoken and written English
|
|
be proficient in speaking and reading Chinese |
|
have a strong interest in news, broadcasting, and program production |
|
be familiar with basic computer software (experience creating webpages is a
plus) |
Entrance
Examination
All applicants
must take an
entrance
examination,
which includes a
written exam and
a mic test.
Applicants who
pass the test
will be called
back for an
interview.
Written and
mic. tests will
be administered
for this
